When Nothing Makes Sense is a devotional journal that takes us on a road that we’ve all travelled on or are perhaps travelling on today – the road of hardships, suffering, and pain. For some of us, this is a well-travelled one. For others, it is a road less travelled. Either way, this journey, often marked with fear, anxiety, and hopelessness, will have signposts pointing us to our Lord and Saviour, Jesus Christ. who is the only one who can turn our mourning into dancing. Who can remove our clothes of sorrow and grief and clothe us with gladness.

When Nothing Makes Sense is a weekly journal with 26 devotionals. Each week, you will be given the opportunity to:

·       Pause and reflect on the devotional using the thought-provoking prompts on the Reflection pages. These prompts will illuminate the signposts that point to our Healer and Restorer

·       Rest in His presence as you bring your petitions before the Lord and take time to praise our omnipotent God.

·       Meditate and memorise His Word so that it becomes etched on your hearts and you are able to declare the light of His Word over your situation and dispel your fear, anxiety, and hopelessness

At the back of the book, you have the opportunity to write down the answers to your prayers and be encouraged as you bear testament to how El Roi, the God who sees, and El Shama, the God who hears, has answered your prayers.
